Payment for events must be made in full, and are NON-REFUNDABLE. This helps us secure accommodations, purchase food, and other supplies. If you make this payment commitment, your money will be returned to you only on one of two conditions: the event is completely canceled (all monies will be returned), or you successfully arrange for someone else to take your place.
